YINYIN LU (b.2001) is a filmmaker and multimedia artist based in Shanghai and the U.S. East Coast.
Influenced by phenomenology and haptic cinema, her practice explores memory narratives, embodiment, and the limits of language through sensony and affective experience with focus on texture and materiality. Her work blurs the boundaries between human and non-human,as well as between documentation and fiction.
Her working media includes moving image,editorial design, interactive installation,and kinetic body installation.
